As much as it hurts to admit it... money is what makes the world go round. We have come up with a few easy ways that you can increase your paychecks.
Employee Referral Program
You know what’s better than coming to work every day? Coming to work with your friends! You read that right! As you know we are growing like crazy, and the growing pains are REAL. As part of our ongoing effort to recruit the very best employees, Elite is proud to launch its new employee referral program.
Know someone who you think would be a good fit? A friend? A neighbor? Aunt Becky’s best friends’ brother? We believe that you have the unique qualifications to identify and recommend great candidates. You already understand our mission, values, and culture, and know people with the talents required for the job.
So how exactly can you earn a $250 bonus?

Refer! Email Sharmaine and provide the name of the person applying for a position. If you know them personally, please let us know why you think they would be a great fit.

Recruit. Once your referral becomes part of our team, you will be one step closer to receiving a referral bonus. Please note, not all people referred will become a part of the team. As much as I’d like to say anyone would be a great fit, the reality is we may not be a good fit for them or vice versa.

Reward. Once your referral successfully (aka is still employed) completes their 90 days probationary period, the payment will be released via check. Whoo hoo!
Error Rate Bonus Program
With the volume of orders we produce making sure files are completed with little to no errors is crucial. In order to promote accuracy, we have implemented a bonus program that pays you for simply doing your job. WHAT!
How it works; QC tracks all errors as files are reviewed this includes but is not limited to the cover sheets being marked incorrectly, permits not having detailed information, including the wrong coversheet and uploading partial reports.
As long as you are a researcher and your error rate is less than 5% of your total files sent, you will qualify for an additional $100.00 a month. *Additional criteria required.
