This month, our team is recognizing Paula for her exceptional contributions. She has demonstrated herself to be an asset through her commitment to teamwork and her adaptability to new programs. 

Recently, we established a new division in the Accounting Department to reach out to clients who have not yet paid their bills. When the need arose, we immediately knew that Paula was the ideal candidate for this position. Her exceptional communication skills, both in writing and speaking, made her the perfect candidate to tackle the challenging task of following up on outstanding accounts.

Paula is a highly detail-oriented individual who takes initiative and is always looking for innovative ways to solve problems. She is someone who values guidelines and rules while also approaching challenges with an open mind. This combination is rare and truly benefits our organization.

In addition to her regular responsibilities, Paula is also responsible for managing our wellness subsidy program single-handedly. She has taken on this task with her fellow staff in mind, always looking for ways to ensure they can take advantage of the subsidy.
