We are aware that the culture at Elite is shifting. With everyone working from all different places it makes it hard to connect, hard to learn about one another, and hard to celebrate each other's wins. Management wanted to find a way to still celebrate the good times with you all so introducing....
While the list was originally emailed out we thought it deserved a permanent spot in Elite History because it was the very FIRST!
Here is everyone’s “Tell us something good” for September. Please help us in supporting, inspiring, and celebrating our team.

I have two good things that happened last month. One is I got married and the second one is Jameson is fully crawling and pulling himself up to stand. That’s all he wants to do now.

I made cookies from scratch for the first time ever last month and they actually came out quite well!

This past month hasn’t been the best for me as we are dealing with a baby who doesn’t sleep, the stress of life, and now lice.. lol The only good thing I can say, I’m thankful we are all alive and healthy.

Something good that has happened to me was being able to surprise my 85-year-old grandmother for her birthday and being able to spend time with her and my son and create some new memories.

I had the best vacation just recently. I made so many connections with strangers it made me realize without stressors in the world people get along great.

Went to the semi-new Owen’s Fish Camp restaurant location in Lakewood Ranch it was a cool environment.

One of the biggest highlights would be that Ivy is finally starting to properly talk and we can hear her little voice (she currently has a very British accent). She said “I love you Mama” for the first time, which was possibly my favorite thing to happen, ever.
